Return Process

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal; we cover the cost of return shipping for all domestic orders.

  Place your glasses, Top Frames, and cases securely in the original packaging or a sturdy box to ensure they arrive back to us safely.

  Ship and Track

  Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy while we process your refund or replacement.
